Meet our team of Talented Instructors
Stephanie grew up playing sports and living a healthy lifestyle in Seattle, WA. She discovered barre classes in 2009 while looking for a new workout that would challenge her both physically and mentally. After her first week of classes and seeing almost immediate results, she sought to become an instructor.
In 2014, she found BRRE when she moved to LA and thought this was her chance! She loves that no two classes are ever the same and that there is a class for everyone, no matter what your level is!
In 2016, she came across hot yoga again when an injury forced her to slow down. Yoga had been her first love and she is now certified in Yoga Sculpt. She had always said that one day she would fuse the two together into a fun new class! An avid believer that everything happens for a reason, she is thrilled to have found what she realized she was always searching for!
She is working on getting her 200 hour yoga certification so that one day she can continue to grow in her practice.
In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her family and friends, watching football, practicing barre and yoga, music, the outdoors, and traveling. She’s excited to share her passion of Barre and Yoga with her students and to help them become stronger in all elements of their lives, just as it has done for her!
Ci’Monique is a former gymnast and adult dance student who fell in love with Barre after just one class. As a longtime kickboxer that never lost her affinity for ballet, Ci’Monique likes high-intensity workouts and the beautiful grace of ballet. This makes Barre a favorite exercise modality in her eyes. Ci’Monique is also a novelist and children’s author.
Laura Collins is a Fully Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor and 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, specializing in Alignment-based Hatha Yoga. She is also certified in PSM (Pilates Suspension Method), Total Barre, Zumba, Mini Yogis, Flirty Girl Fitness and AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) for Group Exercise Instructors. One of Laura’s greatest joys is group exercise! She loves teaching it, and enjoys being a student. Laura began teaching in 2004. Laura’s classes and sessions are fun, unique, and challenging. She is most thankful to her teachers, loyal students, studio owners, and her family Bobby & Lilly!
Christina is a lover of fitness and her roots run deep in dance. She started Barre classes about a year ago and fell in love with the unique fitness routine of Barre. It brought back her passion for dance and sparked a desire to become an instructor. With a love for people and community Christina hopes to bring the same energy of inspiration and encouragement she received to all who come to take her classes! She knows strength comes from within and can’t wait to help those around her feel strong from the inside out!
Toni has been an instructor of PiYo and TRX since October 2015.
She feels fortunate to be able to teach 2 formats that she absolutely loves. While a novice instructor with no experience to speak of, she was given the opportunity to bring Piyo to the studio and share her love for this format.
In February 2017 she was able to add TRX to her certifications and has loved developing these classes for her students.
In her words "I feel so lucky to be a fitness instructor, it’s my passion and I have a genuine love for teaching. I am fortunate that my teaching experience has been been surrounded by instructors that I respect and clients that have become friends. I don’t even consider teaching work, it’s doing what I love most and I am grateful that I can continue to bring fun and challenging fitness formats to the studio”
Toni is a wife and mother of two, Addison 7 and Jase 4. She grew up locally in San Dimas and went to college in San Diego. She has a BA in English-Creative Writing. Toni has always enjoyed fitness but it wasn’t until after her second child that she got serious about heath and nutrition too. In addition to teaching, Toni is a health coach to many.
Rebecca is a Rancho Cucamonga native and has been dancing since the age of 6. She has danced ballet professionally since 2008 and has had many performance opportunities. Her serious study of ballet in the Inland Empire and around the country has led to discipline, and interest in overall health, fitness, and wellbeing.She is currently furthering her education and studying nutrition. She found Barre and instantly fell in love. It is the combination of her two passions, ballet and fitness, and she instantly felt physical results after only a few classes. After teaching ballet for 2 years around the Inland Empire, Rebecca is moving towards the fitness industry and loves teaching Barre. She is excited to help clients achieve their fitness and health goals with this graceful, high cardio, and low impact workout. Betty is very active in her adult life. She has exercised regularly for almost two decades but never cared for taking organized workout classes until me-time became a luxury 10 years ago.
As a mother of two young children, she needed an effective, challenging and fun workout routine.
Betty found BARRE and fell in love with classes immediately; she couldn't get enough of it. She even canceled her gym membership of close to twenty years and never looked back.
Betty is grateful and excited to be part of this amazing team that supports and inspires clients as well each other!
Hannah started practicing yoga at 14 due to an injury. She found it soothing and enjoyed how “sweaty” she could get by “simply stretching” plus it helped her back heal and get stronger. After 10 years of practice, she has discovered that yoga is so much more than stretching.
In 2015, she decided to pursue teaching yoga because of the impact that teachers had on her. Shortly after, she earned a personal training certificate and took a second and third yoga training to further educate herself to help and connect with more people.
Hannah brings lightheartedness to all of her classes and believes that working out should be fun and challenging at the same time. She personally invites you to get in your element, get a little sweaty, and laugh during the class!
