All of our trainers are ABCD certified, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.
Rebecca is a Rancho Cucamonga native and has been dancing since the age of 6. She has danced ballet professionally since 2008 and has had many performance opportunities. Her serious study of ballet in the Inland Empire and around the country has led to discipline, and interest in overall health, fitness, and wellbeing.
Michelle is enthusiastic about most outdoor activities and is an avid hiker. She enjoys all the local trails as well as finding new ones throughout California. Her most enjoyable outdoor experience was kayaking up the Kailua River and hiking the Kalalau Trail in Kauai.Her favorite indoor activities? Every class offering in the studio of course!Each and every class offered helps her maintain a balance that includes a physical regimen, healthy eating habits and mental well-being.
Jessica discovered barre classes a few years ago and was instantly hooked on the fun and energy in each class and the amazing results she saw; which led her to become truly passionate about health and fitness and pursue a career in the field. She knew instantly that she had to share her excitement and passion with others and help them reach their own personal fitness goals. In 2014 she traveled abroad to film as a student in online barre and yoga classes. She is also certified in TRX and Circuit Classes. In her personal life, she enjoys musical theatre, Disneyland, music, hockey (Go Kings Go!), and her two doxies Dexter and Daisy.
Ashley is originally from Salt Lake City Utah and has been dancing since the age of 4. She studied in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Modern. She also danced throughout college to help keep up her passion for dance and fitness. She received a degree in Interior Design at California State University Northridge and has two amazing children and two doggies. Her love of dance still shows as she teaches Tap and Ballet part time. She is grateful to help others with their fitness goals.
